Mark Davidson
Chairman of the Board and Audit Committee
Mr. Davidson is chairman of the board of Global Dental Insurance A/S and of Dansk Tandforsikring Administration ApS. He is also the President and CEO of DNS, a holding company focused on international development for the Enterprise. He has been with the organization since 2013. Previously, he held several international positions within the health insurance industry in various countries. Mr. Davidson was vice president of Expatriate, Student Health & Travel Insurance at Gouda International in the Netherlands, CEO of a large travel insurance underwriting agency in London UK, director of International External Entities at CIGNA in Philadelphia, and director of International Business Development at Gouda International in Copenhagen Denmark. He received a master’s degree in business finance from de Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
Goran Jurkovic, CPA, CGMA

Goran Jurkovic is President, CEO and Director of Renaissance Health Service Corporation. He is also President and CEO of Delta Dental Plan of Michigan Inc., Delta Dental Plan of Ohio Inc. and Delta Dental Plan of Indiana Inc. In addition to this Goran Jurkovic holds a long list of positions in more than 15 of the Renaissance Health Service Corporation’s companies. Mr. Jurkovic began his career at Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana in 1999 and, since that time, his responsibilities have included serving as controller with oversight over all financial operations, directing the operations of the accounting and finance department, and overseeing the TriState legal, and informatics and quality assurance departments. Before joining Delta Dental, Mr. Jurkovic was an audit associate with Plante Moran, PLLC, a public accounting firm headquartered in Southfield, Michigan. He received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Michigan State University and became a certified public accountant in 1996. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
Toby Hall, FSA, MAAA

Mr. Hall joined the group in 2003, where he serves as chief actuary and Chief Data Officer. He also holds the position as President and CEO of Roosevelt Solutions, LLC. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. Mr. Hall is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. He serves as an advisor for Michigan State University’s Industrial Mathematics master’s degree program and is involved in numerous undergraduate actuarial programs and organizations there. In addition to his actuarial accomplishments, Mr. Hall has taught mathematics courses at both the high school and collegiate level. He holds a Secondary Teaching Certificate from Olivet College.
Ole Ærthøj

Ole Ærthøj started in insurance as Deputy Director of Baltica Insurance (now Tryg). In 1994, Ærthøj founded Gouda Travel Insurance and became a Group Executive Director in Holland in 2004, in charge of de Goudse’s International Travel and Expatriate Portfolio. Ole Ærthøj has previously been in Maersk Oil & Gas and from 2008-12 he was Managing Director of Horizons Ltd. (owner of Kilroy, Denmark and Jysk Travel Agency). In 2013, Ærthøj was the main driver of the creation of the insurance agency safeAway, and in 2018 he went from being Managing Director to being board member and advisor. Ole Ærthøj is a Candidate of Law, BA and MBA from IMD in Switzerland, and over the years he has held a number of board positions both in Denmark and abroad.
Tine Antvorskov
Member of the Board and Audit Committee
Tine Antvorskov is Managing Director of Agria Pet Insurance, Denmark, and has previously held various positions at AIG, including Managing Director of Denmark and Scandinavian General Manager. She has over 20 years of executive experience in the insurance industry. Tine has a particular focus on strategy and business development and has an extensive background in both commercial and personal lines insurance with a broad experience of customer segments, products and distribution channels. Tine Antvorskov holds a Master of Science in business administration and commercial law from Aarhus University and a CBA from AVT Business School.
